Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Insider Academy LLC (“Insider Academy LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that owns and operates the Insider Academy brand and Services. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or submitting an enquiry through our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who We Are

Insider Academy is a service of Insider Academy LLC. References to “Insider Academy” in the Services refer to a brand and product operated by Insider Academy LLC. Any notices, requests, or communications regarding these Terms should be directed to Insider Academy LLC using the contact details in Section 18.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services or to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Courses, Content, and License to Use

Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase, Insider Academy LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the courses, materials, simulations, and other content made available to you for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or distribute any content except as expressly permitted;
• share your account or course access with others;
• use the content to build or train a competing product or service; or
• remove or obscure any proprietary notices.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any law or the rights of others;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services;
• scrape, harvest, or collect data other than as permitted by these Terms; or
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Payments and Refunds

Where the Services or specific courses are offered for a fee, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase or required by law, fees are non-refundable. Any refund or cancellation terms presented at checkout for a specific product will govern that purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — are owned by Insider Academy LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Insider Academy name and logo are marks of Insider Academy LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Insider Academy LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and use that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Services. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

10. Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice

Insider Academy content — including any finance, business, or investment-related courses and simulations — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any strategy. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial or business decisions. Insider Academy LLC does not guarantee any particular result or outcome.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Insider Academy LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insider Academy LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insider Academy LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will cease, but provisions that by their nature should survive — including Sections 8, 10, 12, 13, and 14 — will remain in effect.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
